hey guys, just wondering if anyone knows how to invert a blur on text (wether it be photoshop or ae text), so that it blurs into itself and not outside of itself until its completely gone.

i've tried compound blurring with no success, not really sure what to use as blur layer. i think iam on the right track, but no success so far.

any takers? thanks in advance!
