When ever I export a movie from adobe premiere pro there is a staticy scratchy sound that comes on with the highs and lows of my audio track such as a person speaking with a low voice. The static is very audible and I don't know how to get rid of it. This static is not on my computer while I edit the video, it is only when I export.
