Well I ordered a pandora battery from dealextreme today and found this package in preperation for "fixing" some of my mates psp's! Decided to share

Installation:Connect your PSP to your PC
Extract the contents to the root of your memory stick (256mb+)
Go to the Games Menu and start the UPMS
Or you can start the 3.90 M33 Update, or the 1.50 addon
You Choose.
Other Notes:I released this package because no one else did. This is an all in 
one package that includes everything needed to create a Pandora 
Battery, ultimate memory stick, update to 3.90M33, add 1.50 
support, + many more functions, all on one memory stick.
More Notes:You need to have at least a 256MB Memory Stick to create an 
Ultimate Pandora Memory Stick.
