Evening all

Been reading up on these android boxes which I am interested in for the football. Wouldn't mind watching the games at 3pm on a Saturday. Anyway, which box is best bang for the buck?

Is it actually possible to view good quality (HD) streams at 3pm on a Saturday? Any help is appreciated as I am pretty clueless !
